How do I clear the cache and cookies in Safari 9?
Answer:
Following the below procedures will clear cache and cookies for all sites visited, including phoenix.edu. To clear the cache and cookies, please perform the following:
  1. Click Safari to the upper-left of the screen
  2. Select <Preferences
  3. Click Privacy
  4. Click Remove All Website Data...
  5. Click Remove Now
  6. Click Safari to the upper-left of the screen
  7. Click Quit Safari
